Purchases & Refunds

We use Stripe for Credit Card purchases. There may be a temporary issue if you get any errors. Please email us and we'll investigate.
Email me, Christine@ChristineTalks.com, with your request and I'll contact you to resolve whatever issue you have.
At the top of the Cart / Checkout page is a section for entering any coupon or gift card codes. Call or email if you have any issues redeeming please.

Courses & Account

Use the Login button at the top right of the website - all fields that can be edited will be visible under your Profile.
Simply click the unsubscribe link in the email or log into your website account (if you have one) and unsubscribe from your Profile page.

Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to billing@ChristineTalks.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
